X-HUB Distribution (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the X-HUB Warehouse mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

This App is intended solely for authorized X-HUB Distribution employees and registered customers. Access requires a valid X-HUB account.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide warehouse management services:

  • Account credentials: Username and password (encrypted in transit via HTTPS)
  • Usage data: Actions performed within the app (scanning, orders, shipments) stored in our warehouse management system
  • Device camera: Used only for barcode scanning and photo documentation of returns. Photos are uploaded to our secure server and not stored on device beyond the session.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate your identity and provide access to the App
  • To record warehouse operations (inventory movements, order status, shipment tracking)
  • To generate and display reports relevant to your role
  • To maintain an audit trail of warehouse activities

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared only:

  • Within X-HUB Distribution for operational purposes
  • As required by law or legal process

5. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Our servers are hosted in the United States with appropriate security measures. JWT tokens expire daily and refresh tokens expire weekly.

6. Data Retention

Account and operational data is retained as required for business operations and legal compliance.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
